Hiring a junior project coordinator for a client in Tampa within the facility service/govt industry
Location: Tampa 33618; in-office 3-4 days/week
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Pay: $24-26/hr and will roll to $50,000-53,000 + client's benefits and pto plan
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities with customers, vendors, and internal personnel to ensure timely project delivery within the prescribed budget.
• Compile and organize project documents such as Method of Procedures, access requests, service reports, and quality assurance forms under the guidance of maintenance division managers.
• Maintain frequent communication with customers and vendors via phone, email, and hardcopy documents, ensuring full competence in these communication methods.
• Provide guidance to customers and vendors, resolving issues as they arise.
• Manage a portfolio of facilities services projects, ensuring maintenance and upkeep of systems such as electrical, mechanical, physical security, and general facility systems.
• Prepare and deliver reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in similar field or equivalent years experience
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination style role
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software such as full MS Suite, Salesforce, Jira
