- Industry & Regulatory Research: Conduct deep market research to understand sector-specific drivers, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements affecting oil & gas and renewable energy investments.

- Transaction Support: Assist in structuring and executing transactions, including the negotiation of deal terms, preparation of investment memos, and coordination with external advisors such as engineers and environmental consultants.

- Portfolio Management: Support the ongoing management of energy assets by monitoring operational performance, analyzing production data, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization or enhancement of renewable asset efficiency.

- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Focus: Collaborate with the team to evaluate ESG considerations for each investment, particularly with respect to decommissioning obligations for oil & gas assets and sustainability metrics for renewable projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field with a focus on energy or environmental studies preferred.

- 1-3 years of experience in energy investment banking, consulting, private equity, or related financial services.

- Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel (particularly in energy sector cash flow modeling is a plus).

- Knowledge of energy market fundamentals, including oil & gas production, reserves assessment, and renewable energy technologies (wind, solar, etc.).

- Familiarity with environmental regulations and the oil & gas decommissioning process is a plus.

- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable insights.

- Tenacious, thoughtful, curious, comfortable working in white space, never afraid to ask for what you need to get the job done.

- Highly motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• *What We Offer:**

- Exposure to both traditional energy and renewable asset classes, providing a unique opportunity to develop expertise across the energy spectrum.

- A collaborative, high-performance team environment committed to professional growth and the development of sector-specific knowledge.
