Infant Teacher Duties:
• Provide infant care during specified shifts
• Maintain daily logs of infants' activities
• Monitor infants' mental and physical development
• Provide age-appropriate activities and stimulation
• Recommend age appropriate developmental milestones
• Coordinate with other staff on treatment plans, feeding schedules, and diaper changes
• Identify developmental delays, and meet infants' needs accordingly
• Provide families with support during changes and transitions
• Keep infants' room clean and hygienic
• Maintain positive parent/infant relationships
• Familiarize with infant development guidelines, as well as state and local licensing regulations
