A large healthcare company in the Chattanooga area is seeking to fill several openings in their call center customer support team. If you're comfortable working an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am - 5pm M-F and have previous reimbursement, medical, or benefits experience (or similar), consider applying today! Responsibilities
• Handle high volume calls regarding healthcare information, medical claims processing, and billing/collections services.
• Provide financial guidance (hospital, HMO, clinical services) to patients, families, and third party representatives.
• Contact insurance companies to verify eligibility coverage for drug benefits.
• Function as a liaison between patients and their insurance companies.
