We are a B2B lead generation and outsourced sales agency located in the United States and we're hiring Account Managers. Our business model includes 2 services: (i) finding leads (ii) sales meeting booking. We serve B2Bs, primarily in the US and Canada. We're not a volume sales agency. Rather, we provide our clients with hyper-targeted leads. Candidates will be selling both products.

- No need for prospecting: We provide highly-targeted leads, complete with contacts.
- No need for prospect research : 90% of the research is already done for 99% of the leads.
- No need to compose emails: we use AI to compose hyper-targeted emails based on the research that's already done.
- Outreach is mostly done through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
The candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, developing relationships with them, providing them with information about our products and services, and tailor solutions to their needs. Your typical day working with us would involve selecting leads you want to pursue from a provided pool, doing some light research (if needed), approving (and fine-tuning if needed) email messages, and sales presentations/meetings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to effectively manage multiple accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow.
A perfect applicant will have at least 2 experience in B2B SaaS Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify sales prospects and opportunities.
• Identify prospect needs and pitch our solutions to meet those needs.
• Contact new prospects to discuss needs
• Prepare and present sales proposals to prospects.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.
• Maintain contact lists.
Critical Skills Needed:
A perfect applicant would be proficient and have experience in the following:
- Sales email copy-writing: although emails are auto generated with AI, you'd need to look over and approve (or slightly adjust if needed) all of them before they are sent out.
- Cold calls: about 20% of the outreach is done via phone so candidates need to be comfortable and experienced with cold calls.
- Prospect research: candidates will be doing some research here and there.
- Communication and relationship building: comes with territory.
- Closing: comes with territory.
Job Structure & Compensation:
Our goal is to find and hire the right people. Although we'd like people with experience in sales, our philosophy places willingness to learn and commitment above experience. Therefore, we are looking for people with at least the basic B2B sales experience, who are willing to learn, work hard, commit, are adaptive, highly-motivated, take on challenges, and are looking to be part of something, build and grow in responsibilities and leadership. In turn, we're willing to reward you for it with room for growth and hard cash.
Are you our guy or girl? Are we your people? That takes a bit of time to figure out, hence we took 3 factors into consideration when structuring this hiring process to facilitate a answering those questions for both parties:
(i): Hiring and onboarding is an expensive (time and money) process.
(ii): sales has the highest turn over of any orgs in a company (~3x higher)
(iii): succeeding in sales for a person requires that you believe in the company and the product you are selling to people.
Phase 1: 1099 (part time/full time) from month 1 - 6: Let's both make sure that we're a good fit for each before committing to each other. You wouldn't marry somebody without dating them first, right? Compensation: As a contractor, there is no base pay, but the candidate gets paid based on performance. Our OTE during this phase runs from $30K (part time hours) to $72K (full time hours).
Phase 2: W-2 (full time): We obviously like each other, let's get hitched. Compensation: The whole enchilada, Base|Commission|Bonus|Health Benefits. We negotiate base pay, commission and targets (OTE) based on your track record during the initial 6 months. We do not want to per-maturely limit your potential by setting hard targets now. Instead, let's look at your numbers and pay you what you have earned.
