POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our client is an innovative leader in the digital education space, redefining "Self-Education" by integrating education, entertainment, implementation, and community through its platform. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize the operations of the company’s email and text marketing efforts, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and campaign success. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, drive insights, and implement strategies to enhance overall marketing performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Own the operations of email and text marketing, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
• Build and QA emails, create audience lists, and analyze campaign results to optimize performance.
• Analyze key email and SMS marketing metrics (open rates, click rates, conversion rates) and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Manage and segment contact databases for targeted and personalized outreach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy, providing insights on email copy/design and marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on database marketing outreach and conversion KPIs to align with company goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email and SMS marketing to continually enhance strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of experience in email, SMS, and database marketing, managing large databases (1+ million contacts preferred).
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Zapier for seamless marketing automation and integration.
• Familiarity with tools like ClickFunnels, Deadline Funnels, Nifty Images, Oncehub, Typeform, Airtable, Google Analytics, and Google Drive is a strong plus.
• Experience in B2C marketing processes, client communications, and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance measurement and KPI optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequently evolving deadlines.
• A deep passion for marketing and a commitment to creating exceptional client experiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• Salary: $55-60k annually, based on experience.
