Senior Project Manager, Project Management

This is a remote opportunity

You will lead the execution of mid and high-level complexity projects and participate in new business pitches. You will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, according to internal processes and industry best practices.

You will report to the Director, Project Management.

Key Accountabilities :
• Prepare and own timelines, budgets, and scopes for full breadth of products and complexity
• Uphold quality control standards to ensure milestone approval from cross-agency departments
• Manage staffing and resourcing for brands, including Annual SOW
• Work with the client, finance, account management, and production departments to ensure the weekly tracking and management of budgets
• Manage tactical and new business work
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of integrated tactics, solving for issues within the project parameters
• Define, manage, and mitigate risks on projects
• Develop appropriate financial structure for new or existing mid to high-level complexity project or campaigns
• Determine financial forecasts and resource plans based on the agreed-upon scope of work
• Prepare an engagement model that tracks online and offline activities
• Prepare financial rollups
• Attend monthly financial meetings and participate in the reviews of annual / project staffing plans
• Partner with resource management and department leads to determine the appropriate resource structure for different types of projects
• Train and manage junior team of 3-6 on PM workflow, tools, templates, and agency processes
• Manage $5-10MM in business

Minimum Requirements :
• 4-8 years PM experience in an integrated agency or relevant environment
• Expertise in managing integrated tactics
• Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could affect deliverables
• Demonstrate core Project Management skills in organization, facilitation, negotiation, and communication

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other benefits also are available.
