Job Summary:
CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Implementation Manager (Software) to join our team for an exciting, full-time, hybrid opportunity based in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex, high-visibility software implementation projects and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, and lead successful implementations. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality results and ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple high-profile software implementation projects, coordinating with business unit stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success metrics, and required resources.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to budget, schedule, and quality requirements, while remaining in scope.
• Create, manage, and distribute essential project artifacts such as project charters, schedules, budgets, and status updates.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and any issues.
• Actively engage with customers and project team members to gather feedback and ensure project success.
• Assist in business development efforts, including creating project proposals, estimates, and schedules.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, staffing requirements, and subcontractor activities.
• Plan and lead project status review meetings with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Train, manage, and motivate project teams, resolving any team conflicts and addressing technical and operational issues as needed.
• Ensure projects adhere to legally binding requirements and established project criteria.
• Develop and manage project control and reporting procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years'experience managing complex and highly visible software implementation projects.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to resolving technical and operational challenges.
