About the role: Teaching Assistant: As a Teaching Assistant in Edmonton, you’ll be working closely with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students who need a little extra help to reach their full potential. Your role will be all about giving these young learners the boost they need—whether it's through one-on-one support, small group interventions, or helping out in the classroom. You'll be the person who helps turn confusion into confidence!

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching assistant is preferred but not essential—your passion and commitment are what we’re looking for.
• A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their educational journey.
• The ability to work well within a team and adapt to different classroom environments.
• An understanding of special educational needs and how to support students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students, helping them catch up with the curriculum.
• Assist in delivering focused interventions to small groups or individual students.
• Work closely with the classroom teacher to adapt learning materials and activities to meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs.
• Help create a positive and nurturing environment where all students feel valued and motivated.
