This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
The B2B eCommerce GTM Strategy & Planning Manager will be reporting to the VP of Global eCommerce. This role will shape business strategy and success covering customer insights, go-to-market, customer adoption, product and operations. You will:
• Be responsible for influencing the strategies that grow adoption and revenue and make HPE eCommerce a B2B market leader;
• Experiment quickly to drive GTM and customer adoption, and scale insights to grow these initiatives to be scalable playbooks we use going forward;
• Work with sales and account management to contribute to sales content to help create new business opportunities;
• Create innovative solutions to drive growth and operational excellence;
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure goals are met;
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement B2B go-to-market strategies to drive business growth
• Oversee the collaboration with marketing to drive the right campaigns for top B2B customers from ideation to completion.
• Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
• Conduct market research and gather insights to inform decision-making
• Partner with product management to create B2B product/service offerings that address customer needs
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on the content initiatives’ performance, using data to suggest strategies for better engagement and broader reach
• Create customer-friendly comms on our roadmap of upcoming releases
• Work with enablement to create playbooks across the various sales roles, such as Development Representatives, Sales Engineers and Executives
• Stay up to date on new products and develop balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market through B2B eCommerce in self-service motions
• Review customers analytics and develop strategies to improve customer experience and adoption
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in content strategy and creation, particularly with B2B audiences, and portfolio showcasing excellent storytelling, editorial skills and message amplification.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or a related field; Masters Preferred
• Previous experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe tools
• Business and marketing background with experience in digital development and sales optimization
• Ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across business units and regions
• Project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality content under deadlines.
• Experience being an agile part of a global leadership team and e-commerce thought leader
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to produce clear, compelling narratives for a diverse audience.
• Analytical skills to distill complex information into accessible and engaging content.
• Proficiency in digital media tools, multimedia storytelling techniques, and content management systems.
• Understanding of business principles, economic concepts, and the dynamics of corporate environments.
• Versatility and intellectual curiosity to learn about our product, verticals and content landscapes
• Ability to do systematic, deep research on a variety of topics
• Experience in digital media, including SEO, social media marketing, and content management systems.
• Interpersonal skills: you love engaging internal stakeholders, influencers, customers and prospects for interviews, opinions and stories
• Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
