What The Position is About:
• Oversee a team of 5+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain the sales roster
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
• Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
• Work hand-in-hand with operations and customer service to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals and provide a premium customer experience
• Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
• 5+ years of proven sales leadership experience within the home improvement industry
• Windows and siding experience is ideal
• In-home sales experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Track record of leading and growing a successful sales team is required
