The exceptional EY experience. It's yours to build.
EY focuses on high-ethical standards and integrity among its employees and expects all candidates to demonstrate these qualities.
Do you want to do more with the knowledge you’ve gained during your career to assist EY in its regulatory obligations while achieving responsible growth, both now and in the exciting future ahead? EY’s support of the efficient operation of capital markets requires independence from our issuance of audit opinions on financial statements, which is fundamental to the audit profession and is pervasive in all dealings between EY member practices and their audit and assurance clients. Maintaining EY's independence means that EY member practices and EY personnel should be and should appear to be free from interests that might be regarded as being incompatible with objectivity, integrity, and impartiality while also supporting our client serving teams in providing solutions to our clients.
The opportunity
In an increasingly connected world that changes how to manage risk, Independence professionals who understand fast-paced technology advancements and innovations in the services we deliver to our clients are critical in assisting our teams in quickly responding to client needs and ensuring that our proposed services are permissible. But that’s reactive. As an Independence Consultant Manager, you’ll be involved in those discussions as well as proactively working with teams in assessing potential offerings and ensuring that our ability to provide them would be permissible.
Your key responsibilities

We are looking for talented, tech and business-savvy entrepreneurs who can work closely with our engagement, sector, and service line teams to see what is around the corner, to dream about what is possible and move those ideas forward in a manner that is compliant with our regulatory obligations.
