Strategic Planner The Opportunity: As a Strategic Planner, you know that every program relies on clearly defined policy, doctrine, and processes to work. In your role, you’ll provide expertise in developing, executing, and improving strategic implementation planning to support 24/7/365 global ISR operations to contribute to the mission of the warfighter. You’ll partner closely with senior team members and showcase your skills in root-cause analysis and process improvement resolution. Additionally, you’ll work with to understand the client's mission and goals, and collaborate with Project Managers to execute plans that achieve those organizational goals You'll assist with the alignment of processes and resources in order to most effectively accomplish planned and ad-hoc tasks, and support the development and sustainment of an integrated architecture and engineering campaign plan that captures program initiatives supporting the modernization of this IT-based weapon system. You Have: 5+ years of experience with assisting with the development of strategic plans and policies that support the DoD and Joint or AF systems and programs Experience supporting complex information systems or weapon system projects Experience supporting the strategic planning for Enterprise Programs and Initiatives Experience with Microsoft Suites, including Power Point, Project, and Word Ability to solve problems creatively Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once Top Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: 10+ years of experience in Air Force or ISR programs Experience with Application Programming Interface (API) integration, design, deployment, and architecture review and analysis Experience with JIRA and Confluence Knowledge of Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment while delivering results TS/SCI clearance Master's degree DAWIA Level I, II or III Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
