Product Senior Associate - Card Data

As a Product Senior Associate in Card Data, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a lead, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
• Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Build the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
• Be Responsible for the full product development lifecycle from concept to go-to-market (GTM) along with the creation of clean, clear, and concise documentation
• Meet regularly with relevant stakeholders, managing their expectations, and strategically communicating with them to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the product lifecycle
• Partner with engineers and data scientists to drive product innovation, make informed decisions, and solve complex data problems
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Technical ability to understand, design, and explain complex product and data strategies to both business and technical audiences
• Experience building request-response (HTTP) or event streaming (Kafka) APIs
• Knowledge of Cloud (AWS) computing and architecture
• Superior communication skills - oral and written; your documentation is second to none
• Independently driven, tenacious, and hard working

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, or related field
• Practical knowledge of JIRA to build roadmaps
• Knowledge of data ecosystems, spanning from data ingestion, data engineering, data quality, data orchestration, data privacy and governance

Relocation support is not offered for this role, Hybrid work schedule minimum 3 days in office
