Job Description/Expectations

As a Recruiting Manager you will manage the full cycle of recruiting for short and long term assignments. A successful Recruiting Manager will bring innovative recruiting solutions to grow the candidate pool. Manage the flow of candidates through the applicant testing and interviewing process in order to make a sound hiring decision. Develop, maintain, and update a network of contacts to help identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool. The Recruiting Manager will then match candidate skills to specific client requirements resulting in successful job placements.

Responsibilities
• Call and phone screen candidates
• Schedule a total 50 interviews each week
• Interview and match candidates based on job order requirements
• Document all aspects of interviews and follow through with candidates
• Determine how to align a candidate’s strengths and interests to open job orders
• Review job order requirements with the sales team to ensure a thorough understanding of the skills and abilities needed
• Enforce client policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with coworkers to get assignments filled with the best candidates available
• Follow our sourcing, interviewing techniques and established processes to proactively identify a pool of candidates
• Maintain contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate relations throughout the duration of their assignment
• When necessary, complete onboarding and new hire paperwork with each placed candidate
• Post new job orders on job board sites
• Schedule candidate background checks and drug screens
• Administer skills assessments and other testing to candidates as needed
• Comply with state and federal employment laws
• Other duties and tasks may be assigned as needed

Measurements/Evaluations of Success
• Number of interviews scheduled
• Number of jobs filled
• Number of billed hours
• Number of Coordinated Client Interviews (CCIs)
