All Canadian members of the Baker Tilly transfer pricing practice work remotely. You will work with the multidisciplinary international tax group which also, predominantly, work remotely. The Windsor office location is the “home base” that provides world-class support services to the transfer pricing practice.

We work with them to provide customized solutions that meet their specific needs and goals. We also help them navigate the complex and evolving transfer pricing and international tax landscape in Canada and beyond. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Working as a team member on multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality transfer pricing solutions that are value-driven and customized to the client’s needs and objectives.
• Working in an environment of continuous encouragement and support to steadily increase your responsibility to lead and manage projects.
• Coordinating with non-Canadian Baker Tilly transfer pricing offices that provide profit level indicator economic analysis to support client solutions designed by the Canadian Transfer Pricing practice.
• Following a work process that quickly identifies the client’s needs and objectives to design solutions that are value-driven. This requires the ability to develop innovative solutions through the use of proven frameworks and processes and to eliminate unnecessary complexity.
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met and to adjust priorities as needed.
• Contributing to new product development using automation and new technologies while maintaining the ability to deliver customized solutions.
• Being comfortable in a practice with a high diversity of client project deliverables and services.
A successful candidate will have:
• A strong interest and aptitude in new technologies and AI-assisted tools, such as ChatGPT or Copilot, and the ability to incorporate their benefits into your daily workflows while remaining mindful of their inherent limitations.
• Strong quantitative analysis, business writing, and verbal skills.
• Education in the fields of business, economics, statistics, and finance.
• Transfer pricing experience or a background that requires high competency in writing skills, business and industry research, financial analysis, and modeling.
• Respect for all clients and their varying levels of appreciation for an effective transfer pricing policy, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor and guide them through the process of delivering and implementing a valued transfer pricing policy. Implementation guidance and maintenance of a transfer pricing policy is a service in high demand by the Baker Tilly Windsor LLP client base.
