How You Will Achieve It Provide guidance, lead projects, and manage own time to meet site, departmental and project objectives. Qualifications Must-Have Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with eight years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years of experience; OR a Master’s degree with more than three years of experience; OR a Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience. Experience in the application of statistical methodologies to support manufacturing and quality control test methods. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Project). Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Nice-to-Have Relevant pharmaceutical experience. Previous experience in a GMP environment. Previous management experience. PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Will require sitting, standing, walking, bending, and the ability to perform mathematical calculations and complex data analysis.
