What You Will Achieve In joining the Pfizer team, you will have a key role in leveraging your substantive operations and technical experience to manage complex projects and programs that have site-wide impact. You will partner with the Manufacturing, Technical Operations and Supply Chain organizations to identify opportunities for transformation change and lead efforts to bring new products to Sanford. You will have the responsibility for performing cost, capacity and technical assessments for new products as well as deliver results from site-wide increase capacity projects. As a manager of projects and portfolios, your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements and providing areas of improvement for key business processes. You will be able to take a leadership roles to facilitate agreements between different teams in order to achieve shared goals. How You Will Achieve It Provide guidance, lead projects, and manage own time to meet site, departmental and project objectives. Proactively implement improvements to business processes that improve flexibility, eliminate waste and reduce variability. Develop business tools and processes to quickly analyze data and make informed business decisions. Effectively lead/facilitate/participate in cross functional teams. Interpret company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Execute and sustain the components of the lean management system. Qualifications Must-Have Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with eight years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years of experience; OR a Master’s degree with more than three years of experience; OR a Ph.D. with 0+ years of experience. Experience in the application of statistical methodologies to support manufacturing and quality control test methods. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Project). Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Nice-to-Have Relevant pharmaceutical experience. Previous experience in a GMP environment. Previous management experience. PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Will require sitting, standing, walking, bending, and the ability to perform mathematical calculations and complex data analysis. NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Typical day shift schedule. Some nonstandard work hours and on call hours as needed. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
