Overview:
The Professional Services group at ProLink Solutions is comprised of talented technology consultants who effectively identifies and addresses various needs of new and existing customers on ProLink’s technology platform. The group is responsible for leading new implementation projects, change request/new feature request process, and Customer Success program. Through these core responsibilities, the group aims to drive higher and broader adoption of all ProLink products and features across our customer base.
The Software Developer role is a key member of the Professional Services team, providing technical support in all three key responsible areas listed above. In implementation projects, the role is responsible for supporting and performing data migration, which includes understanding client’s source data, mapping to ProLink databases, designing effective data migration strategies, and communicating internally and externally.
The role plays a supporting role in the management of the Customer Success Program and works closely with key members representing multiple functions across the company to investigate and resolve various product issues and bugs reported by clients. The role possesses a background in enterprise software as a service (SaaS) management, client support, excellent communication skills, and problem solving.
The Software Developer role also supports the Product/Development team, building and working on enterprise-grade software systems on top of the Microsoft.NET development stack.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation and Change Request delivery responsibilities include:
• Assist with requirements elicitation of data migration needs
• Develop and organize User Stories and Tasks relevant to data migration requirements
• Collaborate with team members to analyze client source data
• Create reports using various tools, including but not limited to SSRS, AWS QuickSight, or Excel, for internal teams and/or external clients
• Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data identified as needed to assist ProLink and our clients in achieving their goals
• Complete client-specific system configuration and/or data mapping requests
Customer Success responsibilities include:
• Attend daily Triage (Production Support) meetings with customer success
• Research product functionality to help with customer concerns/questions
• Analyze, report, and resolve data discrepancies for customer
• Update our internal systems of record with information about software/technical issues and useful discussions with customers
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• In depth knowledge and experience with SQL Server
• 5+ years of full stack .NET development in C#
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Experience with loading large amounts of data
• Experience with Git and continuous integration/deployment environments
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with ASP.NET, AJAX, WebForms, MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, DI/IoC, Angular, Bootstrap, Knockout, JQuery UI
• Exposure to Excel and Word VSTO Add-Ins a plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
