What we need from you:
• Experience - You have 3+ years of accounting experience
• Customer Service - You have excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills
• Comprehensive Knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
• Software - You are proficient with AMS360, Microsoft Office, and other Management Systems
Responsibilities:
• Review and approve new business transactions, audits, and correct information input by writing producer
• Responsible for policy submissions, issuing checks to the state for fees and taxes
• Processes transactions, refunds, checks, billings
• Collect deposit reports from accounting personnel and deliver deposit reports to designated company
• Complies with State and Federal laws, Department of Insurance, insurance carriers, and company policies, guidelines, rules, and regulations
• Enter commission statements and request and deposit checks
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Per
