Located in Chicago, this role is instrumental in architecting the strategic vision that unveils human-centered insights, provokes innovative creative ideas, and inspires teams to create breakthrough communications for brands such as KitchenAid, Whirlpool, JennAir, Maytag, and Amana. The ideal candidate possesses a consumer-centric mindset and a keen understanding of emerging trends while translating business needs into inspiring calls to action.

Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Creative Strategists to develop comprehensive briefs that drive creative strategy for integrated campaigns
• Guide the development of strategic insights to inform creative concepts and campaign execution
• Ensure brand consistency and advocate for the brand’s voice and visual identity
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative concepts
• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring quality across deliverables
• Provide feedback on creative work to ensure alignment with strategic goals and brand standards
• Partner with analytics teams to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy, marketing strategy, or related roles
• Proven expertise in go-to-market product strategy
• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis
