Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an associate with 6+ years of experience to join our client's high-profile litigation practice in Washington, DC. Candidates should have a comprehensive complex litigation skill set and should be experienced in legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and discovery. We’re looking for a key team player who will support the growth of the practice, contribute to articles, attend speaking engagements, and participate in other client development activities.
Qualifications
• Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Must be admitted in the District of Columbia and Maryland
• Must have 6+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and colleagues
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and balance competing responsibilities
• Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
The salary range for this position is $390,000 to $420,000.
