The successful candidate will join the RTX Corporate Global Trade team:

The Program Manager, Global Trade Digital Tools role will be responsible for supporting the on-time completion of requirements outlined in Paragraph 12 of the Consent Agreement related to the Automated Export Compliance System. At the end of the 3-year Consent Agreement term, this role will help position RTX to certify completion of Consent Agreement to the Department of State.

To achieve RTX certification and release from the Consent Agreement, this role will work collaboratively with the Corporate Global Trade team, the Business Units, the Digital Technology function, external digital tool vendors, and the Consent Agreement Program Office to develop a program plan for the implementation of the Automated Export Compliance System that tracks required deliverables, deadlines, resources and funding. The program must have a review cadence and tracking mechanism such that routine updates are available.

This role will report to the RTX Senior Director & Associate General Counsel, Global Trade - Digital Technology.

What You Will Do
• Drive to completion requirements agreed to under Paragraph 12 of the Consent Agreement related to the Automated Export Compliance System.
• Develop integrated project plans with control tower tracking to provide status updates on progress (through this, identify risk to plans and elevate for assistance).
• Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate across the RTX businesses and Digital Technology function to manage the workstream and help ensure continual alignment.
• Support Global Trade tool rationalization and down-select.
• Support efforts to align Global Trade tools and processes across Business Units and Corporate to ensure execution.
• Track identified risks and opportunities, and support development of solutions to problems.
• Consistently communicate across the Global Trade and Digital Technology community (e.g., RTX, businesses, workstreams) to ensure continual alignment and identify and resolve any conflicts with program requirements or schedule.
• Identify and support completion of appropriate, enterprise-wide training material for enterprise-wide Global Trade tools.
• Ensure that the Automated Export Compliance System is sustainable for long-term, post-Consent Agreement sustainment and success.
• Assist in development of relevant portions of Consent Agreement related reports/certifications to the Department of State.
• Other responsibilities as necessary to complete Consent Agreement-related work.
• Travel up to 20%, or as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proven work experience in Program Management in the digital technology space.
• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Qualifications We Prefer
• Demonstrated history as a strong leader and team player with excellent judgment and professional maturity
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision, collaborate with others, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with digital software tools from SAP and OCR
• Ability to work hybrid in Arlington, VA or Farmington, CT
• Collaborative team player, possessing multi-tasking abilities, client focus, adaptive mindset, and work effectively on time sensitive matters and changing requirements.
• Experience in change management, project management strategy, logistics, or similar
