This job requires lots of attention to detail, customer service orientation, time management, and the ability to be self motivated.
• Use creative and innovative design skills to help set-up short-term rental units. This includes furniture, decor, inventory, and other aspects of Air BNB type housing.
• Handle tenant relations: Responding to tenant messages in a timely manor, reaching out to potential leads, taking any missing items to tenants in units, customer service. This is huge part of the position! Weekends are required!!!
• Work with affiliate corporations such as guesty, vrbo, airbnb to attract guests.
• Point of contact for cleaning staff: Over see cleaning staff turns units, create cleaning schedule based off bookings for the week, occasionally stock cleaning storage units.
• Flexibility to jump onto different projects and tasks including, but not limited to: Moving furniture, driving to properties to drop off various items, uploading images to booking website and shared drive, work with maintenance to ensure units are well kept.
• Manage backend technology to enhance guest experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
