Pay range: $70.00 to $72.00
Job Description:
• Develop and manage tools to measure media effectiveness on marketing campaigns (in partnership with media agencies and partners) including media experimentation.
• Deliver audience & media insights to transform our go-to-market approach to building awareness & interest in our content through media with an eye to both efficiency and effectiveness.
• Structure, deliver, and analyze In-market media experiments (in partnership with Media Team).
• Assess campaign health (by the audience) based on digital and traditional research signals.
• Propose testing scenarios to understand productive ways of building awareness and interest with intended audiences.
• Led the development of dashboards and data visualization tools to readily access audience and media performance information.
The Essentials:
• 7 years of experience measuring digital audiences in media and entertainment.
• Ability to clearly articulate and present analyses to all levels of management, including C-suite executives and marketing leadership.
• A track record of creating new quantitative frameworks and structures to solve creative problems.
• Passionate about storytelling through best-in-class data visualization.
• Ability to collaborate well with individuals.
• Self-driven for continual learning and ongoing training/development.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented.
