Join a fast-growing start-up spirits brand! Our client, backed by a leading wine & spirits importer, is expanding its presence in the greater NYC metro area!
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with on-trade and off-trade customers to increase product visibility
• Enhance product placement and optimize promotional displays in retail channels
• Plan and execute brand activations, tastings, and events to boost brand awareness
• Conduct market analysis and adjust sales strategies based on insights
• Lead educational sessions for trade partners and consumers
• Advocate for the wine and liquor portfolio, building brand loyalty
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business growth
• Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and sales efforts
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of field sales experience in the wine or spirits industry
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Resides in the territory, with flexibility for travel, evenings, and weekends
• Must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license
Compensation + Benefits:
• Salary: $100-130k ( based on experience)
• Bonuses: 20% bonus on reaching KPIs (interactions, cases sold, etc)
