Role Overview:
As the Finance Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the finance department and ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Drive the ERP system implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, with a strong track record of line management.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience with ERP system implementations would be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
