Manage and maintain relationships with clients in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure exceptional service and support for clients' group health insurance needs.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Provide guidance and support to clients in navigating complex insurance regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing management of group health insurance plans.
Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns that may arise with clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Use strong communication skills to effectively present and explain insurance options and plans to clients.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and services provided.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance client experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
Attend training and development sessions to stay current on industry knowledge and advancements.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing job duties.
