We are looking for a WordPress Performance Optimization Specialist to improve the Google Pagespeed measurements of our existing website and achieve a green score. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze the website's performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance its loading speed and overall performance. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of WordPress, caching mechanisms, image optimization, JavaScript and CSS minification, and other techniques to optimize website performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the website's performance and identify areas for improvement
- Implement optimization techniques to enhance website speed and performance
- Optimize caching mechanisms and reduce server response time
- Minify JavaScript and CSS files to reduce file size and improve loading speed
- Optimize images to reduce their file size without compromising quality
- Monitor website performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in WordPress performance optimization
- Strong knowledge of caching mechanisms and image optimization techniques
- Proficiency in JavaScript and CSS minification
- Familiarity with Google Pagespeed Insights and other performance testing tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
