Key Responsibilities:
+ As an API Engineer, you will be responsible for providing assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud.
+ You will plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes.
+ You are expected to be a SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
+ You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
+ Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
+ Intermediate proficiency in API Integration is required.
+ Advanced proficiency in Amazon API Gateway, intermediate proficiency in Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateways, and intermediate proficiency in Service Mesh Architecture are recommended.
+ Design and implement cloud migration strategies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration.
+ Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud migration.
+ Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 5+ years with API Gateways (like Kong), ServiceMesh (like Istio), Kong Gateways, containerized microservices
+ Charlotte priority, but open to all South and NE region
+ High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
+ API development and security by default
+ FDX Standards
+ SpringBoot
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
