Job Purpose/Summary:

We are in search of a Tagging Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for Managing a variety of tag management (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and Analytical (Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics) platforms. This person will be highly motivated, able to be focused yet flexible and think analytically and creatively within the Programmatic Digital Marketing space.

Responsibilities:

As a Tagging Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for
• Setup and Manage Tag Managers and Pixels.
• Configure various tag management assets such as tags, triggers, rules, variables etc.
• Creating and setting up variables in GTM and Adobe Launch
• Integrating Adobe Launch/GTM with digital advertising tags (including QA & troubleshooting)
• Managing the teams' and client's questions with tag/tracking problems
• Support campaign requirements for pixel and conversion tracking.
• Perform data analysis and provide reports for Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics on web usage, user engagement, and behavioral analytics on Programmatic campaigns.
• Assist in trafficking of ads and optimization of Programmatic campaigns.

Requirements:
• Have a BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing/advertising, statistics, or similar
• (1) year experience specializing in Adobe Launch, GTM(Google Tag Manager), Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• General understanding of digital media and programmatic campaign management and optimization practices
• Experience with Tag applications such as GTM (Google Tag Manager) and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Hubspot a plus
• Experience with Google Campaign Manager
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Chat GPT and/or other AI tools (Advanced Excel, Python skills a plus)
