IMCO is looking for a highly motivated individual, passionate about investments & reporting, to join our Investment Operations team. Responsibilities Include: Perform financial and data analysis. Help to prepare daily asset mix reporting and support ongoing asset mix automation project. Assist with vendor management through: development and documentation of service level standards and key performance indicators; developing and updating the error and incident reports and error memos; and assist in preparing materials for communications with clients and vendor meetings. Assist with account opening inquiries from downstream teams, as well as updating new account opening documents into the SharePoint site and keeping track of account opening status with custodians and fund administrators. Assist with financial statement and client reporting. Assist with pool and transfer agency oversight Help the team with invoice management, cost, benchmark analysis and reporting (e.g. CEM Benchmarking). Assist with trade and position reconciliations. Assist with documenting process flows, developing procedures, and controls. Participate in departmental and corporate initiatives and projects, as needed. What do you need to succeed? Have thirst for knowledge and understanding. Commitment/follow-through. Excellent communication skills with the ability to report complex information clearly and concisely. Timeliness and accuracy (attention to detail). Must be curious, organized, client focused, work in ambiguity, detail orientation and have sound research skills. Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with great work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all levels. Strong attention to detail as well as excellent writing skills. Strong excel and database skills.
