Position Summary
The Social Media Specialist role manages and grows Westcor’s Land Title industry presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Write and create content for all platforms and quarterly reports on data/analytics.
Essential Functions
• Management of Westcor Social Media publishing calendar, content, and postings including UGC and events across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Social Media content creation includes corporate news, industry happenings, events information/photos, and anything that makes title insurance "not boring"
• Creation and Management of social media measurement/analytics dashboards and defined KPIs
• Management of Westcor Corporate digital publishing calendar
• Content creation, including blogs, articles, and the writing and distribution of Press Releases

Education, Formal Training, and Experience
• BA in Communications, News Media, Graphic Design or equivalent
Physical Demands
This role is mostly sedentary and requires the ability to sit for long periods each day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally. The employee uses hands and fingers to type, handle, and reach. The ability to operate office machinery such as computers, phones, copiers, printers, etc in the commission of daily duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
