Our client, a dynamic non-profit, has an immediate opening for a Recruiter. This hybrid role will help attract and hire individuals who are driven by purpose and a desire to contribute to meaningful change.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent for various positions within the organization, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool
• Manage a fast-paced, full cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely updates, and a professional, respectful approach
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and community organizations to expand the talent pipeline
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and organizational policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the nonprofit sector
• Strong sourcing and administrative skillset
• Excellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual a plus
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Possess a high level of flexibility to take on multiple projects in a deadline-driven atmosphere
• A genuine commitment to the nonprofit mission and a desire to contribute to social change
