We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in North Billerica, MA.
100% Onsite Position
No Experience required.
Love to see people that has done machine operating or assembly at manufacturing companies, or recent college graduates!
1st year pay is guaranteed $46,800 Salary and you get uncapped commissions on top.
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
• Will be calling, texting and emailing potential candidates to screen for qualifications
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Responsible for building relationships, obtaining referrals and maintaining rapport with associates and continuously explores new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist in growing candidate pools
• Generates leads and referrals to assist the sales team
• Actively participates in all team meetings and actively shares ideas and concepts
• Ensures all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed including E-verify and I9’s for all new hires; as well as, drug tests and background checks when required by the client
