Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with high voltage equipment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods
- Understanding of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety procedures
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Note: Must have knowledge and capability to work with 480V 3-phase equipment. Willingness to perform labor intensive tasks, such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and crawling is a plus.
