We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess excellent communication skills to provide counseling for current pet owners and for new pet owners looking to add to their family.
• Duties*
- Learning and reviewing breed knowledge of dogs and cats
- Matching the right breed with the right customer and meeting the needs of both
- Calling inquires for pets and scheduling times for reservations
- Bringing puppies and kittens to socialization rooms for customers to meet
• Requirements*
- Positive, Can-do attitude
- Not scared or awkward talking to strangers
- Ability to learn quickly and apply what is learned in-practice
- Receptive to taking feedback and the ability to make changes based on that feedbacks exciting opportunity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
