As a Full Stack LLM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing large language model (LLM)-based applications. You will have an opportunity to build, train, and fine tune LLMs to improve performance, accuracy, and alignment of the general-purpose models. In addition, you will utilize your strong skills to develop and integrate LLMs and/or LLM applications into products and services. Design, develop, and optimize Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts.

Skillsets:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on LLM for business applications w/ strong understanding with fine tuning & prompt engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated expertise in successfully designing and building custom applications, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair Programming, and Test-Driven Development with the ability to author robust Unit, Integration, and Functional Tests, ensuring software quality at all stages of the development process.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack development with one or more programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Javascript, Java, Spring or GoLang, showcasing a strong command over the technical foundations and mastery of one or more frontend frameworks, including HTML5, Angular, Node.JS or React, exhibiting a deep understanding of modern web development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with application services from at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical leadership and team management, preferably in AI-driven project environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
