Vice President of Strategic Business Development & Client Success

Description

Are you passionate about leading business development and enhancing client relationships? This pivotal role involves driving growth, developing strategic plans, and ensuring seamless integration of services within customer environments. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional value to both the company and its clients while collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure excellence in service and delivery.

This role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize Safety: Uphold the commitment to health and safety by adhering to all work practices, policies, and procedures, and acting safely at all times.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, and lead negotiations and the closing of high-value contracts.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, gain insights into client operations to tailor solutions effectively, and conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth integration and performance of embedded employees at customer sites while overseeing the implementation of best practices, processes, and tools to optimize service delivery.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with leadership to define the vision, strategy, and goals for the InSite Solutions team.
• Leadership and Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; Master's preferred. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in business development, sales, or client management with a proven track record of success.
• Experience managing employees embedded at customer sites is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time.
