About the Role:
The TA Operations Specialist is an integral member of the Company's HR/Talent Acquisition (TA) department and will specialize in managing the configuration and maintenance of the TA iCIMS suite of products including Applicant Tracking, Offer Management, Career Sites, CRM, Digital Assistant, Text Engagement, and Video Studio.
This position offers access to iCIMS Academy, Knowledge Base, Release Resources, and Events and Webinars and Certifications.

Essential Functions
• Subject Matter Expert for ICIMS TA suite of products
• Provide support for TA Team and organization regarding ICIMs products.
Products: Applicant Tracking, Offer Management, Career Sites, CRM, Digital Assistant, Text Engagement, Video Studio
• Configurations, mapping, workflows, links, Integrations, new releases and product updates
• User Management to include training for new hires and managers
• User Training to include design, development, and lead training opportunities
• User Support: TA Partners, HMs, Agencies, Candidates and Colleagues
• Interface to ICIMS Technical Support
• Report Writing and Automation
• Dashboard Design
• Templates Creation & Management
• Job Activation / Deactivation
• New Feature/Function and Change Management
• Quarterly audit of employee data and job titles
• Troubleshooting and escalation
• Create and maintain Job Templates in ICIMS
• Liaison to HR Compensation Specialist to gather data to create Job Template in ICIMS
• Video Creation for Careers Page
• Maintain Careers Website Pages
• Employee Referral Program
• Schedule and coordinate the development of social media postings:
• Internal diversity postings in coordination with Marketing
• Boosting TA Partner job postings and shares initiatives
• TA SharePoint Site
• Maintain TA Documentation and Links
• Development of new content
• Iforms creation/maintenance
• Survey creation/reporting
• DocuSign for contracts and iforms
• Recruiting Agencies Support: ICIMS Onboarding
• Partnership integration, site pages, support and analytics for a variety of TA tools
• Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, Monster InHerSight, GoogleJobs, Appcast and other tools as required
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Other duties as assigned
• Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location; hybrid position

About You:
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of progressively-responsible experience in talent acquisition is required
• Proven experience orchestrating and documenting recruitment processes and workflows
• Proven experience with report writing and dashboard creation
• Valid systems administration/systems support experience including ATS/HCM/HRIS, iCIMS preferred
• Experience in ICIMS ATS/HCM systems implementation and/or maintenance preferred
• Bachelor's degree in IT or HR related field preferred; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Excel; knowledgeable of web-based software
• Motivated to deliver a high degree of customer service
• Skilled at prioritization of work, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
• Capable of handling extremely confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work within a team environment with a collaborative approach and independently with minimal supervision on assignments
• Excellent ability to learn and follow HR related compliance regulations

What We Offer:
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary $56,000-$63,000 / year
• Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
• Two days per week remote work option for non-field roles depending on position and performance.
