Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer

As a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer, you will be a part of a dynamic team working on integrated product teams involving Guidance, Navigation & Control, Signal Processing, and missile-and-sensor-level Performance Simulations. Your role will include developing high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support. You will also work on diverse projects, collaborate with various engineering disciplines, and provide technical expertise throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, programming, and simulation, with the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance. This onsite role is based in Tucson, Arizona.

Qualifications You Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field and five or more years of experience
• Experience in programming and using MATLAB or Python for data evaluation
• Background in modeling, simulation, statistics, or analysis for engineering solutions
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:
• Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field
• Leadership experience and system engineering knowledge
• Experience with Signal Processing, GNC algorithms, or missile applications
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux workstations and Software Configuration Management tools
• Course work or experience in relevant fields such as radar, signal processing, probability and statistics, and system architecture
• Current Department of Defense security clearance
