ABOUT CULTED:
CULTED is a Gen-Z multimedia and cross platform entertainment company, which launched mid 2019. We produce and publish content daily, at the speed of social media. This covers the latest news and trends from Gen-Z’s forward thinking perspective on fashion, sneakers, beauty, art, music, and youth culture. Our omnichannel approach, combined with the captivating content we produce, have helped us amass a fast-growing international audience of over 1.6million users. We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
CORE TASKS & DUTIES:
• Develop and implement media strategies and campaigns for both Culted and the brands we partner with
• Collaborate with clients and the internal Culted team to understand the clients business objectives and overarching campaign strategy
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities and campaigns for Clients
• Estimating and monitoring the assigned budget for various media-related activities for Clients
• Create and execute digital account strategies and plans for each client
• Produce media plans, roll out plans and reports
• Interfaces with other department leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and identify and deliver new solutions for clients
• Proof-check all client proposals
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Researching and identifying latest media trends and practices
• Planning, implementing, and monitoring the results of various media campaigns
• Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate reports on media activities conducted
• Effectively create and deliver client presentations
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
• Ensure functionality of our online platforms
• Respond to clients on any media related matters
• Manage the creation of media plans and budgets for campaigns
• Manage the delivery and implementation of media campaigns, monitoring and evaluating performance - ensuring we optimise as we go, ensuring we deliver the best possible results
• Deliver the post campaign reports that review the campaign performance highlighting key learnings and recommendations
• Continually analyse and interpret performance data to better understand how people use media and interact with our platforms, helping to define the key characteristics and profiles of our audience
• Work alongside the Agency and Editorial Teams to develop and evolve new product offerings to pitch to clients
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Fashion/Marketing/Communications or similar
• Previous working experience as a Media Manager for 3-5 years
• A proven track record of successful media campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of the various marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising specifically on TikTok and Instagram, content distribution and placement networks
• Has proven record of media planning for commercial purposes
• Demonstrate the ability to work on several projects simultaneously, often for several different clients
• Will possess a strong understanding of media campaign evaluation metrics
• Will possess excellent analytical skills
• Will possess strong awareness of the worlds of fashion, luxury lifestyle, streetwear, and their trends
• Will possess strong awareness of emerging designers, creatives and talent
• Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially of interest to Gen-Z such as TikTok and understand how to use these social platforms for commercial purposes
• Will have a positive and solution-first attitude
• Will have a creative vision which is malleable to CULTED’s needs
• Will know how to manage individuals and solve issues in a positive manner
• Will know how to bring the best out of teams and help them progress
• Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Has experience monitoring social media accounts, tracking performance and engagement, etc.
• Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
• Thorough knowledge of using ads platforms but not restricted to TikTok ads, Meta ads and Google ads
• Experience of running paid performance campaigns
SKILLS:
• Able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment under high pressure
• Can make critical decisions regarding targets, etc.
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
• Able to adapt editing and writing style for different purposes
• Outstanding skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe etc.
• Outstanding organisational skills
