Product Managers at Cadence play a pivotal role by owning our product strategy and execution. Our product teams are granted significant autonomy to address one of modern society's biggest challenges and lead their teams to success.

As Senior Product Manager, Partner Products, you will work closely with Cadence's health system partners and internal teams to launch and enhance a world-class remote intervention platform. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and product management teams. You will engage with leaders at some of the nation’s largest health systems to develop integrations and related products, leading the rollout of our clinically-proven program to hundreds of thousands of patients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Work directly with leaders at our health system partners to launch and maintain bi-directional EHR integrations across Epic, Athena, and Cerner.
• Inform the product roadmap to improve the way Cadence interfaces with health system infrastructure through healthcare interoperability standards like FHIR & HL7.
• Understand Cadence's strategic and competitive positioning and deliver products that are deeply connected to user needs (health systems, providers, patients, and payors).
• Bring new solutions to life through close collaboration with your partnerships, engineering, product management, design, and operations peers.
• Define and interpret data that informs the success of your products.

WHO YOU ARE:
• Experience partnering with large health systems on EHR integrations, including influencing key relationships.
• Prior knowledge of the healthcare EHRs like Epic, Cerner, and Athena.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• At least 3 years of experience building and shipping integration products.
• Track record of shipping products that deliver measurable results.
• Comfort working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Expected compensation: $175,000-$225,000 annual base salary plus stock options, Depending on experience.
