This is hybrid position working remotely and in our corporate office in Concord, NH at least two days per week.

• Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to fill open job requisitions on their team with candidates who align with the experience needed for the role and are aligned to company values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and become a trusted talent acquisition partner to them.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
• Identify, develop, and lead source initiatives to attract qualified candidates that match company culture and skills.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within the company to include sourcing, candidate vetting, job offering, on boarding processes, to include orientations and support with training coordinator.
• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
• BS/BA degree in a relevant field (Human resources, business administration, psychology, etc.)
• Working knowledge of recruiting principles and practices
• Prior experience in recruiting, 2-4 years preferred
• Experience with JazzHR or similar recruiting platforms is beneficial
• Ability to maintain a large amount of requisitions
