• Talent Attraction:
• Create engaging job postings and advertisements to attract travel agents.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel industry professionals to tap into referral networks.
• Candidate Assessment:
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and values.
• Onboarding:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new travel agents, ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in their roles.
