We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Evaluator with strong interpersonal, communication, and program evaluation skills to join our client, a leader in health research on a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. The successful candidate will coordinate, co-lead, and support evaluation and quality improvement projects, specifically focused on education courses, healthcare programs, and services.

This role involves conducting literature reviews, developing data collection tools, performing data analysis, writing reports, and contributing to publications and proposal development.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and co-lead evaluation and quality improvement projects related to education and healthcare programs.
• Conduct literature reviews, design data collection tools, and perform both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Develop and write reports, contribute to publications, and assist with proposal writing.
• Draft and submit evaluation protocols to relevant ethics boards.
• Support the tracking and reporting of strategic education metrics, contributing to the creation of annual reports.
• Engage in scholarship related to evaluation, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in this area.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the evaluation process.

Qualifications and Skills
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program evaluation, with a focus on health sciences or educational research environments.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
• Experience with RedCap, Survey Monkey, and advanced data analysis software (SPSS, R, NVIVO).
• Strong knowledge of working with databases.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as creative problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage and adapt to diverse work environments and conditions.
• Capability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Education
• Master's degree in evaluation, public health, or a related discipline.

Nice-to-Haves
• Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in a second language is an asset.
