Skills
• Expertise in machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning and extreme gradient boosting.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with software engineers and product management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design algorithmic solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), C++, or Java.

Responsibilities
• Define business problems and solution requirements in supply chain management.
• Design and develop machine learning algorithms to meet business objectives.
• Present research findings and solutions to stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of all algorithmic solutions.
• Collaborate with software engineers to implement and test algorithms.
• Prepare educational materials to convey solution approaches and benefits.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software or algorithm design engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; basic French is a plus.
