Job Description
• Work collaboratively with client business IT team and SI to develop a suitable test strategy and plans for the project
• Lead and manage a team of test analysts process owners and subject matter experts motivating engaging and instilling a learning culture on the job
• Developing a deep understanding of the end to end solution
• Definition of testing requirements for the project based on solution
• Delivering testing for the project in line to test strategy
• Lead and manage the project using various project methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and other hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing projects where appropriate
• Assess testing risks and estimate plan and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Management of stakeholders
• Reporting of progress on testing activities
• Responsible for managing and maintaining Mainframe systems from reliable operations
• Manages IT projects and teams ensuring Mainframe systems are considered within the IT strategy
• Should have exposure on these Mainframe technical skills

• JCL
• Management and delivery of test preparation activities
• Test scope per test phase
• Test script development
• Test data sourcing
