**Overview:** We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Capital Expenditure (Capex) Program, including strategy development, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong track record of driving financial strategy and managing budget performance. **Responsibilities:**
• Manage Booz Allen's Capex Program, including strategy development, budgeting, and forecasting
• Lead the finance team supporting the Global Workplace (GW) and Enterprise Technology Services and Solutions (ETSS) organizations
• Partner with GW and ETSS leaders to develop annual and multi-year business plans and provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues
• Contribute to the annual planning process and continue to incorporate innovative ideas and best practices
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and current and predicted future trends
• Lead the management of firmwide capital expenditure and depreciation planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead and coordinate the activities of the GW and ETSS finance teams, including indirect rate management, risk and opportunity assessment, quarterly forecast updates, collaboration with GW and ETSS leadership teams, and the bottoms-up forecasting process
• *Qualifications:**
• 10+ years of experience with advising leadership around financial, operational, and strategic planning
• Experience with CapEx planning, strategic development, and forecasting
• Experience with improving, implementing, and establishing best practices
• Experience with financial analysis, planning, and setting outlooks that link to strategic and operational requirements
• Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools, including Hyperion, Workday, or Essbase
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including the extensive use of formulas to build financial reports and models
• Ability to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a robust team
• Bachelor's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD)
