• Student Population: Moderate to severe and mild to moderate students

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the needs of students.
• Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to support diverse learning needs.
• Provide specialized instruction in self-contained classrooms for varying levels of special needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure effective educational practices.
• Regularly assess and monitor student progress to optimize learning outcomes.
Requirements:
• Active Special Education License in Delaware.
• Experience with a range of special needs students preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
