As an insurance sales representative for Haberer Insurance Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote our products including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be positive, assertive and dependable with an upbeat phone voice and professional communication skills. Must be proficient using computers and have good problem-solving abilities.
-Property & Casualty Licenses required.
-Some sales experience preferred. We offer full training for position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting and generating new business
- Identify customer needs, present appropriate products, and grow customer base
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Meet new business objectives.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
COMPENSATION:
This position is compensated with a competitive base plus commission and possible bonus opportunities Ouragency is committed to providing superior service to our customers.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
